LWCC now offers policyholders the option to complete audits online if their policy is selected to do so. Policies selected for an online audit will receive a letter by e-mail or mail. It will include a unique pin and passcode that will allow them to complete their audit online through LWCC's online portal. The unique pin and passcode are active until the due date of the current audit.
If policyholders are close to finishing their audit and need extra time to complete, they can request an extension through the audit department using the contact information provided below. If at any point policyholders are unable to complete their audit online, there is an option in the online portal to "Request Mail Forms."
