LWCC has completed its annual actuarial review and analysis and is pleased to announce an overall rate reduction of 5.1%, effective May 1, 2023. Rate changes vary by tier with our preferred tier rates decreasing by 13.2%.
We began accepting submissions for May 1, 2023 on January 2, 2023. You may begin submitting business by emailing applications to application@lwcc.com. Once the information has been uploaded, you will receive a confirmation email, and you can then proceed to CompZone to complete the submission and receive a final quote.
Additionally, LWCC has adopted the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) miscellaneous values and the officer and owner payroll limitations for all new and renewal business effective on or after May 1, 2023. This information can be found on LWCC Interactive > Agency Info (drop down menu) > Agent Forms > NCCI Miscellaneous Values 2023.
