The fastest way to report your claim is through LWCC’s password-protected website, LWCC Interactive. Simply complete the information about the injury being reported, and we’ll do the rest. To begin using LWCC Interactive, please follow the steps below:
- Access LWCC’s corporate website at www.lwcc.com.
- Click the “Enroll Now” link under the “LWCC Interactive” link in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window.
- Complete the LWCC Interactive Enrollment using the policy number and security code supplied in the welcome letter you received when your policy was issued.
- Once your policy number and security code are verified, finalize the account setup by completing the requested information.
If you have difficulty with the online registration process, please call our help desk at 225-231-0812, or 800-227-4969, and ask for extension 2812.
Note: If you are a payroll reporting policyholder, you must register for LWCC Interactive to submit your payroll information.

Email is another quick method of claim reporting. Simply fill out the Louisiana Workforce Commission’s Office of Workers’ Compensation’s First Report of Injury or Illness (Form LWC-WC-IA-1) and email the report to onlineclaims@lwcc.com. An LWCC claims service professional will then call you within 24 hours to discuss the injury.
Note: If you’re sending attachments with the form, please include the injured employee’s name and your policy number for identification purposes.

If you prefer to fill out the Louisiana Workforce Commission’s Office of Workers’ Compensation’s First Report of Injury or Illness (Form LWC-WC-IA-1), you may fax the report to LWCC. You may no longer submit this form to the Office of Workers’ Compensation. An LWCC claims service professional will then call you within 24 hours to discuss the injury.
