BATON ROUGE, La (October 1, 2024) – Louisiana’s largest workers’ compensation insurance carrier, LWCC, has been named one of Greater Baton Rouge Business Report’s Best Places to Work. This is the fifth time LWCC has earned this recognition.

To determine the winners, Workforce Research Group conducted a two-part survey, which consisted of an employer assessment to capture details about policies and practices, and an employee feedback survey to gather employees’ opinions of their workplace experience. The two data sets were then combined to determine the best workplaces in Baton Rouge.
LWCC, headquartered in Baton Rouge, employs 206 team members and is known as a champion of Louisiana and employer of choice.
