AVP, Accounting and Reporting
As AVP of Accounting and Reporting, Brittany helps ensure the financial integrity of the organization, overseeing the internal and external financial reporting, the billing group, and financial operations. Her responsibilities include making certain that claim payments are processed efficiently, premiums are managed responsibly, and financial decisions are made with long-term sustainability in mind. Brittany's commitment to excellence supports not only LWCC's internal operations, but also the trust and security policyholders rely on.
“Being over many areas gives me opportunities to learn from so many different people,” says Brittany. “While I take pride in sharing my knowledge with team members, I am also so appreciative of the opportunities my team members give me to learn from them so I can become a better coworker and leader.”

Brittany serves as an Agile Team member, a collaborative and iterative approach to project management that emphasizes flexibility, efficiency, and rapid adaptation to change. As part of this team, Brittany works to refine processes that enhance the experience for LWCC's stakeholders. Her involvement in projects like LWCC’s new online payment system—a platform designed to streamline payment processes and account management—demonstrates her focus on implementing innovative solutions that benefit policyholders and agent partners alike.

As a Louisiana native and proud LSU alumna, Brittany champions the people and culture that make Louisiana unique. While she recognizes that the state faces challenges, she chooses to focus on the warmth, love, and hospitality that define its core. Passionate about sharing Louisiana's rich food, vibrant culture, and beautiful outdoors, Brittany embodies the spirit of Louisiana Loyal and is a dedicated ambassador for the place she loves most.
