Controlled Maintenance, Inc. (CMI) is a turn-key industrial services and solutions partner, specializing in the vulcanized lining of tanks for the petrochemical industry. This specialization led Gonzales-based CMI to being the first in the industry to design and implement a quality control program for rubber linings, which provide chemical resistance and corrosion protection, extending the life of storage tanks.
Since opening in 1972, CMI has established strategic relationships with key manufacturing agents, suppliers, and engineering firms locally and worldwide. This has allowed the company to expand their service offerings to include additional and alternative tank linings, tank fabrication and repair, pipe and steel fabrication, masonry services, and more.
