Team members like Elizabeth are the backbone of our organization, helping managers find the best fits for their teams, developing strategic partnerships, answering questions about topics like policies or benefits, and planning and executing activities to foster team bonding and employee engagement.
Elizabeth works diligently in her recruitment efforts to ensure that the right people are in the right seats, allowing LWCC to move forward in its mission while also helping others find enjoyment and success in a rewarding career.
Driving Workplace Wellness
Elizabeth, driven by a desire to support others in their personal and professional growth, has also embraced the pivotal position of LiveWell Program Manager. LiveWell is LWCC’s corporate wellness program, which fosters healthy living and working through education and engaging activities encompassing nutrition, physical, mental, and financial wellness. In her role, Elizabeth guides the program goals and actively enhances LWCC employees' wellbeing through curated content and interactive challenges.

Elizabeth is a prime example of Louisiana Loyal in action, proving every day that it is much deeper than LWCC’s tagline.
