He approaches each interaction with the same determination and commitment that carried him through his eight years of military service.
LWCC Safety Consultant
As a field Safety Consultant, Jason works collaboratively with policyholders, providing expert guidance and resources for workplace safety. In this role, he conducts site visits to pinpoint potential hazards and recommends effective measures to reduce risks, gauging the likelihood and possible severity of future claims based on the policyholder's current safety practices, historical claims, and preventive measures. He then provides tools and resources to enhance safety for each policyholder.

Jason’s dedication to ensuring safety for businesses and workers across Louisiana not only focuses on the physical health of each employee, but also on fostering a culture of responsibility and collective wellbeing that aligns perfectly with the spirit of Louisiana Loyal. Whether he is conducting an in-depth safety evaluation at a medical facility or providing a hands-on assessment at a construction site, Jason’s sense of community and care resonates with those he interacts with.

A Veteran Approach to Safety
During his eight-year tenure with the US Air Force, Jason adopted values of teamwork, service, and excellence, which he now channels into his role at LWCC. Today, Jason combines his practical skills with a keen analytical eye, formulating strategies and performing in-depth evaluations, whether it's overseeing trenching operations in a municipality or inspecting logging sites in the woods. His enthusiasm and versatility enhance safety standards as he collaborates with various industries throughout Louisiana.
