President & Chief Software Architect

As President & Chief Software Architect of 365Labs, Mo is deeply involved in the company’s development and implementation of innovative public safety solutions. For over 20 years, he has been actively engaged with his team’s work to create meaningful change with technology that empowers first responders and fosters trust between their clients and communities. The company has achieved incredible success and continues to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the Southeast.

Tech Trailblazer

Mo’s approach of identifying problems that technology could help solve has helped propel 365Labs to be an industry leader. Under his guidance, 365Labs has developed AI-powered platforms that streamline emergency response and criminal justice processes. These human-centered solutions are designed to reduce response times, eliminate redundancies, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public safety agencies, and create a transparent network where communities can engage.

“Streamlining and bringing speed to first responder response just seemed like a good combination,” Mo says. “There were known problems…we could build technology that could solve them.”

Visionary Builder

Mo’s passion for building successful teams extends well beyond the confines of his own businesses. Since deciding to launch and grow his companies in Louisiana, Mo has become an advocate for the state and a trailblazer in creating the community he knows we can become. Perhaps most notably, his @Highland development modeled the successful approach of Silicon Valley tech campuses to create a physical hub for the region’s growing tech sector. Intentionally nestled alongside a swamp, @Highland offers commercial and residential space designed to attract business and innovation leaders. It also serves as an impressive front door for national and international visitors interested in seeing what Louisiana’s tech sector is all about.

Tech Mentor

As a transplant to Louisiana from India, Mo appreciates the importance of having a strong support network. His passion for helping his home state thrive is centered on helping people. Mo prioritizes supporting his teams with professional development and continuous learning, and makes himself available to participate in talent attraction and retention discussions with regional education and business leaders. As his businesses continue to grow, he hopes more and more Louisianans realize they can achieve their career goals right here at home.

A lasting impact on Louisiana

As an entrepreneur equally passionate about tech innovation and helping his community thrive, Mo knew he wanted to do more than build his business in Baton Rouge; he wanted to build a vision for the future of an entire industry.
