LWCC conducts periodic premium audits to identify changes in operations and to obtain all documentation needed to ensure all policyholders are being charged accurate premiums.
If you do not agree with the findings on the audit, you should first reach out to your agent and then complete the Audit Dispute Form. Audit disputes are only accepted by submitting a completed Audit Dispute Form with supporting documentation. Having a standard form makes the audit dispute process more efficient. It affords our policyholders the opportunity to provide the details of what is being disputed to assist the auditor in reviewing the audit. Audit Disputes should be submitted as soon as a discrepancy is noted. If your policy is currently pending cancellation, completing this form does not stop your policy from cancelling; although, it will be given highest priority. We are unable to accept audit disputes by phone.
