LWCC’s Mobile Safety Training Center (MSTC) is a 24-foot-long insulated and climate-controlled trailer capable of providing classroom style training. It has internet access via satellite and can be powered from shore power via a 50 Amp cord or the self-contained diesel generator.
Many LWCC policyholders do not have the facilities, computers, or Internet access to provide safety training conveniently and cost-effectively. LWCC’s Safety Services department can deliver the technology that will help protect our policyholders’ employees through education and training. The MSTC can accommodate 10 learners, each with a 17-inch laptop computer for accessing online safety courses. A 42-inch television can be used for training via DVD, PowerPoint, or streaming video.
The MSTC has been embraced by many of LWCC’s larger policyholders as a convenient method of facilitating the training of significant numbers of employees in a short amount of time...without the hassle of travel.
