To ensure LWCC continues to provide a secure, user-friendly experience on LWCC Interactive, the login process now includes multi-factor authentication via Okta.

- Your User ID is the same. Your email address associated with your LWCC Interactive account will continue to be used going forward. To start the update process, enter your current email address.
- You’ll be prompted to create a new password. Be sure to create something unique and secure based on the password guidelines offered on the screen.
- Set up your multi-factor authentication method. You’ve seen this security feature common on many websites today. To establish your trusted devices, you’ll be provided with an authentication factor to validate your login. You have the option to use text/sms, phone, or email to receive a security code.
Forgot your Password?
You can automatically reset it by accessing interactive.lwcc.com, selecting "verify with password" and then selecting "forgot password."
